Our name “Opes” is derived from the Latin term for the creation of wealth, an overriding tenet by which we conduct our business. Our mission is to create value – to enhance and unlock shareholder wealth in companies, whether through investment or our dependable, expert and innovative advice.
We founded Opes Capital in 2007 as a niche corporate advisory boutique to provide specialist merger and acquisition advice to listed and privately owned companies, institutions and entrepreneurs in the private sector.
